Refund policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
For a product to be eligible for return:
- It must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- Ensure that the item is correct and complete.
- Final sale items cannot be returned.

Cancellation and Modification

- Order Window: You have a 24-hour window post-purchase to request order modifications or cancellations. After this period, orders are processed and cannot be altered.
- Return Timeline: Replacement orders, once approved, usually arrive within 7-10 business days.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only exchange items if they're damaged or defective. For exchanges, email us at support@justcalijewelry.com and refer to the return address on the product label.
Gifts
If your item was a gift and shipped directly to you, upon its return, we'll provide you with a gift credit equal to the item's value. For non-gift-marked items or if the gift giver had it shipped to themselves first, the refund will go to the gift giver.
Shipping
For product returns, email us at support@justcalijewelry.com for detailed instructions. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you're refunded, return shipping costs will be deducted from it.
For items valued over $75, consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing insurance, as we can't guarantee receipt of all returned items.
